Non-Destructive Load Testing
We are able to carry out Non-Destructive load testing on the following pieces of machinery, as well as chemical crack testing. This gives you and your operators the peace of mind of the serviceability and capability of your equipment.
All load testing is completed using our own weights which, with a dynamic load monitoring system and load cell giving accurate readings within 2Kg.
Over-load testing is completed to manufacture guidelines, and then recalibrated to the manufactors specifications.
Where it is identified that minor adjustments are needed these are completed at the same time as the testing. Major work will be quoted for or remidial advice given.
